Automotive marketing has seriously stepped up its game over the last few years. Back in 2001 BMW created the short films called “The Hire,” which helped raise BMW 2001 sales numbers 12% over the previous year. 11 Million views later other manufactures have tried to copy BMW’s creative marketing strategy. This leads into the most recent attempt by Ferrari to capture million of viewers. “Cars & Coffee” is a weekly auto event that has been occurring in Southern California for some time now. The event was once held at Crystal Cove, but has in the recent years moved to a larger arena in Irvine. If you are a car enthusiast, like myself, than Cars & Coffee is a must see. This free event caters to classics, exotics, concepts, hotrods, motorcycles, and motor-sport. Every time I have attended I walk away saying, “I cannot believe what I just saw.” I recommend staying for the whole event if your interested in automobiles. When the cars exit, it is truly an amazing sight to witness, and defines ‘Cars and Coffee’s’ unparalleled automotive entertainment.
